Sola wood comes from the roots of a plant that grows in the marshy fields of Thailand. Farmers harvest the roots, peel them into thin ribbons, and those ribbons become petals — soaked, shaped, dried and dyed entirely by hand. Each flower is a completely natural, biodegradable object. Placed in a vessel with our fragrance oil, the sola flower draws the scent up through its fibres and releases it slowly into the room over weeks.
